When will we get our photos?
Turnaround time is 4 days or 4 weeks depending on the session
How do we get our photos?
We deliver all our images through an online gallery that will be sent to your email.
Can you help us with planning?
Definitely!! Once we book your session, we can schedule a FaceTime call or in person meeting to go over your session, whether that portrait session or a wedding. We will help you plan everything so you and us are on schedule and your photos come out perfect.
How do I book?
We kindly ask that you submit an inquiry form located on our "Contact" tab and provide as many details as possible, including the package you are potentially interested in, location, by when you need your images, etc. The more details provided, the simpler the process is. You can also inquire via text at (409) 270-4331. Once we have contacted you and reviewed all the details, we do require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances! Deposits are used to cover studio fees and to reserve your date and time from being sold to anyone else. If you need to reschedule, we will allow only 1 reschedule per client! We do require a 1 week notice. Calendar is always booked about 1 month in advance, by rescheduling, the client runs the risk of not finding a date until 1 month from the rescheduling request.
