1. BOOKING AND RETAINER

A non-transferable retainer equal to 20% of the total session fee is required to reserve a date and time.

A session is not considered booked until the retainer has been received and confirmed by the Photographer.

The retainer will be applied toward the total session cost.

2. REMAINING BALANCE

The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.

Images will not be delivered until full payment has been received.

3. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

The retainer may be refunded only if the Client cancels within 24 hours of booking and the session date is more than 7 calendar days away.

After that period, the retainer becomes non-refundable.

The retainer compensates the Photographer for reserving the date and beginning the planning process.

4. RESCHEDULING

The Client may reschedule the session one (1) time without additional charge by providing at least 7 calendar days' notice.

All rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.

Additional rescheduling requests will require a new retainer.

Requests made less than 7 calendar days before the session will be treated as cancellations.

5. LATE ARRIVALS AND NO-SHOWS

Late arrivals will result in lost session time without extension.

If the Client arrives more than 15 minutes late without notice, the Photographer reserves the right to cancel the session and retain the booking retainer.

Failure to attend the session will be considered a cancellation without refund.

6. NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

Each package includes only the number of participants specified in the package description.

Additional participants may require an upgrade or additional fee.

7. LOCATIONS

Some packages include up to two locations.

Locations must be reasonably close to one another and fit within the scheduled session time.

Travel time between locations counts toward the session time.

Final approval of locations remains at the Photographer's discretion.

8. PLANNING AND CONSULTATION

Guidance regarding wardrobe, locations, styling, concepts, and session preparation is included after the retainer is received.

Final decisions regarding clothing, accessories, decorations, and participation of third parties remain the Client's responsibility.

9. WARDROBE, PROPS, AND DECORATIONS

Clients are responsible for providing their own wardrobe.

The Photographer does not currently provide client wardrobe as part of standard services.

Custom decorations, balloons, flowers, cakes, themed props, signage, or specialty items must be supplied by the Client unless purchased as an additional service.

Additional services such as decorations, professional makeup, hairstyling, or specialty props may be available for an additional fee.

10. CHILDREN AND PETS

The Photographer will make reasonable efforts to capture the best possible images involving children and pets.

However, specific poses, expressions, cooperation, or outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

11. IMAGE DELIVERY AND EDITING

Images will be delivered within an estimated timeframe of 7 business days to 4 weeks, depending on the session type.

Images will be edited according to the Photographer's artistic style and professional judgment.

RAW files and unedited images will not be provided.

12. IMAGE SELECTION

If a package requires the Client to select final images, selections must be submitted within 14 days of gallery delivery.

Failure to do so allows the Photographer to make the final selections.

13. COPYRIGHT AND IMAGE USE

All copyrights remain the property of the Photographer.

The Photographer may use images for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, competitions, and promotional purposes.

Clients requesting complete privacy must notify the Photographer in writing before the session.

14. IMAGE ALTERATIONS

Delivered images may not be significantly altered through filters or editing while being credited to the Photographer.

15. WEATHER CONDITIONS

For outdoor sessions, the Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to weather or unsafe conditions.

16. CONDUCT

The Photographer may terminate a session without refund if any participant displays aggressive, threatening, discriminatory, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

17. CLIENT SAFETY

Clients participate voluntarily and are responsible for following all safety instructions.

Parents or legal guardians must supervise minors at all times.

The Photographer is not responsible for injuries resulting from unsafe behavior, lack of supervision, medical conditions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

18. PROPERTY DAMAGE

Clients are responsible for damages caused by themselves, their guests, children, or pets to photography equipment, backdrops, furniture, props, decorations, or studio property.

Repair or replacement costs may be charged when damage results from negligence, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.

19. FILE STORAGE

Final images will be backed up for 90 days after delivery.

After that period, files may be permanently deleted.

20. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including illness, accidents, natural disasters, emergencies, or severe weather.

21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, file corruption, loss of images, or circumstances beyond the Photographer's control, liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client.

22. ACCEPTANCE

Payment of the booking retainer constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
